Advantageous – Acting as Mine Overseer – 3-5 years’ experience as Senior Shift Supervisor 4. Skills and Knowledge – Interpersonal Skills – Self-leadership Skills – Assertiveness Skills – Communication Skills – Conflict Management Skills – Strategic Thinker – MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 5. Physical/Legal Requirements – Clear Credit / Criminal Record – Fit for duty/Certificate of Fitness – Code B Driver’s license – First Aid Certificate |
